How much will my move cost?
Costs depend on distance, load size, and services. we provide estimates upfront.
How does “Travel Time” apply?
Travel time is added on top on “working time”. Working time starts from pick up location and ends at drop off location once job is complete.
What’s included in your moving services?
Service cover loading, transport, and unloading. Assembly/disassembly and washing machine disconnect/recconnect are also part of the service.
Do you provide a free moving quote?
Yes, we offer free quotes based on your details.
How far in advance should I book my move?
Book as early as possible, ideally 2-4 weeks in advance for the best availability, however we do also take bookings on short notice.
Do you offer packing and unpacking services?
Yes, we provide both. We can pack the day prior to the move and unpack on the same day of the move.
Are there items you cannot move?
Yes, we cannot move hazardous items like chemicals or explosives.
What type of insurance do you offer?
Public liability insurance up to 5 million and accidental damage cover.
How should I prepare for moving day?
Pack your items, label boxes, and ensure easy access to entry points.
Do you charge extra for moving items up or down stairs?
No we do not. We do not charge stairs fees, call out fee, or fuel charges
What happens if my items are damaged during the move?
We assess damages and, if needed, arrange compensation per our policy.
Do you handle interstate or long-distance moves?
Yes, we offer both services.
Will you disassemble and reassemble my furniture?
Yes, upon request, we can disassemble and reassemble items, there is not additional fee
How do I prepare large appliances for moving?
Disconnect appliances and have them ready for transport.
Can I leave my belongings in drawers and cabinets?
Yes you can provided that there is not too much in it.
How long will the move take?
Move duration depends on the distance, size of load, and other factors.
Are there any requirements for Up-Right Piano or Grand-Piano moves?
<divclass=”inner_text_para”>Yes. For any piano moves we require 3 movers for the job and are only able to move from ground floor to ground floor.
Do you charge extra for moving on weekends or holidays?
Yes, Fri-Sun rates cost $10per/hr more than our Mon-Thurs rates
What size moving trucks do you have?
We have various truck sizes to fit your needs ranging from 4.5Tonne to 14Tonne
Do you offer temporary storage solutions if needed?
Yes, storage options are available for short- or long-term needs.
